What payment options do you accept?

1. Secure your reservation with a $30 USD deposit via PayPal, with the remaining balance payable in cash to the driver.

2. Pay the full amount securely via PayPal on our website.

All prices are in US dollars. Gratuities are not included.

I haven’t received my booking confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If the email is not there, contact us immediately, and we will resend your voucher.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

No, you can simply show your confirmation on your mobile device to the driver.

Additional Services

Are child seats available?

Yes, child seats are available with extra charge upon request at the time of booking. Requests cannot be made at the airport.

Can I request premium beverages?

Yes, changes can be made via email, subject to availability. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and are limited to one modification per booking.

Can I transfer my booking to another person?

Yes, please contact us with the new traveler’s full name, contact number, and email address.
Once transferred, the booking details cannot be altered.

What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

• Flight delays: No additional charge; our driver will wait for you.

• Missed or canceled flights: Contact us immediately with your new flight details to avoid extra fees.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

After booking, we will provide a detailed confirmation email with meeting instructions, including the terminal and designated pickup area.

Can I modify my departure time?
