By using the website, email, or phone services provided by PV Luxury Transfer, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

Our communication channels (website, email, and phone) are designated for users to inquire about and book services. Any correspondence via these means is considered legally binding, as if made in writing.
Reservations and Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested via email, text message, or phone call. PV Luxury Transfer reserves the right to cancel services. No refunds will be issued if the client fails to appear at the agreed time without prior notice.
Client requirements:
• Must be of legal age.
• Make reservations at least 24 hours in advance for selected services.
• Provide accurate booking information and be responsible for any charges incurred during service use.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your service, a written request must be submitted via email or text message at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. If canceled within this window, 85% of the payment will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
PV Luxury Transfer reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Multiple Travelers and Flight Coordination
For groups arriving on different flights, the scheduled pickup time must match the arrival of the last traveler. If an earlier pickup is requested, additional waiting time charges will apply.
Extra Stops and Waiting Time
Additional stops during transportation will incur extra charges based on distance and waiting time.
Airport pickups include up to one hour of free waiting time; after that, waiting fees apply.
Non-airport pickups include up to 20 minutes of free waiting time; delays beyond this time will result in additional charges.
Payment Terms and Credit Card Information
PV Luxury Transfer requests credit card information solely to secure the reservation.
No charges will be made prior to the day of the service. Payment must be completed at the time and place of service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure full payment is made.
Limitation of Liability
PV Luxury Transfer is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or technical failures.
Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance for such situations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the PV Luxury Transfer website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written authorization.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
